Dear FemWealth Friend,
I hope you are safe and well! ❤️
In solidarity with the people of Ukraine, whose country has been unlawfully invaded, I am sharing some resources if you can offer your support:
Tech To The Rescue - a campaign for tech companies to pledge talent in support of Ukrainian NGOs
World Central Kitchen - offers fresh meals to people across Ukraine
Save The Children - supports children at risk
Nova Ukraine - Ukraine-based nonprofit, provides citizens with everything from baby food and hygiene products, to clothes and household supplies
The Ukrainian Red Cross - provides humanitarian work, from aiding refugees to training doctors
If you can provide housing to people seeking refuge, please take this survey.
More ways to help here, here, and here.
In the know:
Ukrainian female soldiers make up 15% of the army and defend their country on the frontline.
Ukrainian women civilians and members of the Parliament are also actively supporting the defense.
Many anti-war protesters, predominantly women, are taking to the streets across Russia at the risk of being detained.
In the hope that the situation deescalates quickly and peace negotiations start without delay, please show your support by joining the anti-war demonstrations, housing refugees (if possible), donating, petitioning political leaders, and sharing verified information on social media.
Thank you! 🙏
Do you know other ways to help Ukrainians and Ukraine residents in need? Please share in the comments!
