The San Francisco startup raised a $25 million Series A led by Glade Brook Capital. Y Combinator, Day One Ventures, HubSpot Ventures, Oliver Jung, Fellows Fund, and others also joined.
Corsha raises $18 million to expand machine identity security platform - Co-founded and led by Anusha Iyer, Corsha provides machine-to-machine communication solutions. The US startup raised $18 million in Series A-1 funding led by SineWave Ventures and joined by Razor’s Edge Ventures and Ten Eleven Ventures.
Estonian UP Catalyst receives €18M from EIB to scale CO₂-based raw material production - Co-founded by Kätlin Kaare, UP Catalyst produces carbon-neutral graphite and carbon nanotubes derived from industrial CO₂ emissions. The Tallinn-based startup raised €18 million in venture debt funding from the European Investment Bank.
Tracera Raises $12 Million to Scale AI-Powered ESG Reporting Platform - Co-founded by Chiara Meacci, Tracera helps businesses comply with ESG reporting requirements. The Berlin-based startup raised $8 million in Seed funding led by Earlybird and joined by b2venture.
Cofertility raises a $7M Series A to make egg freezing free - Co-founded by former Uber executive Lauren Makler and health tech angel investor Halle Tecco, Cofertility offers women no-cost egg freezing in exchange for donating half the retrieved eggs to those unable to conceive. The Los Angeles startup raised a $7.25 million Series A round led by Next Ventures and Offline Ventures, with participation from Initialized, Gaingels, and other investors.
NOWOS raises €6M to expand lithium-ion battery repair and maintenance hubs - Co-founded by Ambre Eppler, Nowos provides lithium-ion battery repair and maintenance services. The Utrecht, Netherlands-based company raised €6 million in funding led by Shift4Good, with additional support from Fair Capital Impact Fund and Goeie Grutten Impact Fund.
Pax AI, a TurboTax for import taxes, raises $4.5M (Axios Pro $) - Co-founded and led by Penny Chen, Pax is an AI-powered duty drawback platform for small and mid-sized importers. Building Decarbonization Platform Adaptis Raises $4 Million - Co-founded and led by Sheida Shahi, Adaptis provides an AI-powered building optimization and sustainability platform. The Toronto-based startup raised $4 million in Seed funding led by Building Ventures, with additional support from MetaProp, 2048 Ventures, Powerhouse Ventures, and Blue Vision Capital.
Sizl raises $3.5M to expand its cook-to-order food delivery service - Co-founded by Anastasia Kalinkina, Sizl is a cook-to-order delivery service. The Chicago-based company closed a $3.5 million Seed round led by Yellow Rocks!, with participation from Kinetik and angel investors.
BLNG secures $3M for AI jewellery design - Co-founded and led by Valérie Leblond, BLNG is a gen AI platform for luxury jewelry design. The Paris and Los Angeles-based startup raised $3 million in Seed funding led by Speedinvest and joined by Cove Fund, eSeed, and Focal.
illumicell AI Raises $2M to Launch Portable AI Platform for Real-Time Male Fertility Diagnostics - Co-founded by Jeyla Sadikova, illumicell AI provides AI-powered male fertility diagnostics.
