The US company raised $102 million in Series D funding. EliseAI lands $75M for chatbots that help property managers deal with renters - Co-founded and led by Minna Song, EliseAI is developing a suite of AI-powered property management tools for landlords. The New York startup raised $75 million in Series D funding at a $1+ billion valuation. Sapphire Ventures led, with additional support from Navitas Capital, Point72 Private Investments, Divco West, and Koch Real Estate Investments.
Guidewheel raises $31M Series B to scale AI-powered FactoryOps across factory floors globally - Co-founded and led by Lauren Dunford, Guidewheel is developing an AI-powered platform for factory operations. The San Francisco startup raised a $31 million Series B round led by Decarbonization Partners, with Ecolab, Rethink Impact, GSBackers, Greycroft, and Breakthrough Energy Ventures also joining.
CruxOCM Announces $17M Series A Funding Round Led by M12 (Microsoft Venture Fund) - Co-founded and led by Vicki Knott, P.Eng, CruxOCM provides co-pilot tech for energy control rooms. The Canadian startup raised $17 million in Series A funding. M12 led the round, joined by ONEOK, Raven Indigenous Capital Partners, EIC Rose Rock Fund, Angular Ventures, Bullpen Capital, Root Ventures, Industry Ventures, Cendana Capital, Pipeline Capital Partners, and Golden Ventures.
Hexarad secures €13M for radiology workflow software - Co-founded by Farzana Rahman and Amy Davis, Hexarad develops radiology software and provides teleradiology services. The London-based startup raised €13 million in a funding round led by MTIP and joined by Foresight Group.
Kano Therapeutics Secures $7.1M to Bring Targeted, Non-Viral DNA Insertion Technology to Genetic Medicine - Co-founded and led by Dr. Floris Engelhardt, Kano Therapeutics is developing gene therapies using a new type of DNA material called circular single-stranded DNA. The Cambridge, MA-based biotechnology company raised $5 million in Seed funding bringing the total amount to $7.1 million. The Engine Ventures and VSquared Ventures co-led the round, with additional support from Taihill Venture, and Metaplanet.
Amulet Raises $6 Million Series A to Improve Health Outcomes for Millions With Pocket-Sized Food Allergen Sensor - Co-founded and led by Abigail Barnes, Amulet develops food allergy detection products. The US company raised a $5.8 million Series A round led by HealthX Ventures, with participation from Incite Ventures, AllerFund, Mendota Venture Capital, and Great Oaks VC.
Fibra Raises $1.25M in Pre-Seed Round to Advance Fertility Tracking Underwear - Founded and led by Parnian Majd, B.Eng, M.Eng, Fibra is developing smart underwear technology designed to ease reproductive health monitoring for women. The Toronto-based startup closed an oversubscribed $1.25 million Pre-Seed funding round.
VC: Create Health Ventures Launches $21M Million Fund to Invest in Early-Stage Digital Health Startups - Co-founded and led by healthcare industry veteran Emma Cartmell, Create Health Ventures is a US venture capital firm focused on early-stage digital health startups. It raised $21 million for its debut fund.
