Global tech investor Insight Partners launched its second 20/20 Vision Capital fund with $118 million in capital commitments to invest in venture capital funds led by diverse managers.
“There are a lot of philanthropic efforts that exist in this space...but what they really need is the neutral capital to go and prove themselves that they are also able to generate top quartile returns, just like any other manager.” - Dionne Chingkoe, Managing Director at Insight Partners (via Reuters)
The fund’s limited partners include Massachusetts Pensions Reserves Investment Management Board, Pennsylvania Public School Employees’ Retirement System, and New York State Common Retirement Fund.
Ansa Capital Management, Hannah Grey Ventures, and Wischoff Ventures are among the funds backed by Vision Capital II.

Building the bridge between classical and quantum computing, Quantagonia has raised €4.3 million - Co-founded by Prof. Dr. Sabina Jeschke (CIO), Frankfurt, Germany-based Quantagonia, a quantum computing platform, completed a seed funding round bringing its total funding to €4.3 million.
Turning up the heat on fast-moving consumer goods market research, Algori raises €3.3 million - Lina Beinortaite is a co-founder of the Madrid-based platform offering ‘near real-time, SKU level data insights.’
AI-generated B2B video production tool Immersive Fox raises €3.3 million to further its capabilities - Founded and led by Alisa Patotskaya, the London-based generative AI platform helps businesses create in-house videos. Redseed VC, Monte Carlo Capital, and Altair participated in the startup’s £2.8m seed funding round.
Outdid Secures $2.5M to Disrupt Identity Verification with Enhanced Privacy and Trust - Ana-Maria Pricop is a co-founder of the UK-based end-to-end private ID verification solution. Jump Crypto led the company’s $2.5 million seed round.
Germany's Q.Big 3D raises €2 million to aid the launch of its Queen 1 large-format printer - Katja Herrmann is the CEO and co-founder of the company specialised in economical, large-format 3D printing.
Tallinn-based Formaloo raises €2 million to make no-code the gold standard for apps - Co-founded by Noosh Baratpour (CMO), the no-code startup offers professional teams a collaboration platform for building business apps. Change Ventures led the company’s €2 million seed round, with Hyde Park Venture Partners, Mana Ventures, and Startup Wise Guys also participating.
RoboK’s $2.1m Series A round to boost AI vision for logistics and industrial workplaces - Co-founded and led by Hao Zheng, the Cambridge, UK-based startup applies AI-powered computer vision to logistics and industrial workplaces.
