The German company secured €55 million in a Series A funding round co-led by World Fund and Porsche Ventures. Bosch Ventures, DTCF NRW.Venture, Vsquared Ventures, Speedinvest, and 10x Founders also joined.
Healthy growth helps B2B food e-commerce startup Pepper nab $30 million led by ICONIQ Growth - Co-founded by Ivana Tesanovic, Pepper is an e-commerce platform for independent food distributors. The New York startup raised a $30 million Series B round led by ICONIQ Growth, joined by Harmony Partners, Index Ventures, Greylock, and Imaginary.
Harvard startup raises $26M, strikes three pharma partnerships for AI antibody design (Endpoints News $) - Co-founded by Frances Anastassacos, Nabla Bio is a generative protein design startup. The US company announced $26 million in Series A funding led by Radical Ventures.
May Health Raises $25 Million in Series B Funding to Advance Development for Ovarian Rebalancing Therapy - Led by Anne Morrissey, May Health is developing a treatment to restore ovulation without the need for hormones. The Paris-based company raised a $25 million Series B round co-led by Bpifrance and Trill Impact, with participation from Avestria Ventures, Kidron Capital Assets, and Sofinnova Partners.
AISAP announces $13M seed for AI-powered ultrasounds that offer results in minutes - Led by Roni Attali, AISAP provides an AI-powered software platform that connects to common ultrasound wands and sensors to provide rapid assessment of patients’ conditions for physicians. The Israeli startup secured $13 million in Seed funding in a round co-led by Harel Insurance Investments & Financial Services Ltd. and Shoni Health.
Pre-commerce platform Purple Dot secures $10M Series A - Co-founded and led by Madeline Parra, Purple Dot offers a pre-order and waitlist platform for e-commerce brands. The London-based company secured $10 million in Series A funding. OpenOcean led the round with participation from Commerce Ventures, Unusual Ventures, Connect Ventures, Moxxie Ventures, and Paul Forster, former CEO and co-founder of Indeed.
Artisan AI raises $7.3M to develop autonomous AI employees - Co-founded by Samantha Stallings, Artisan AI is building AI employees and software for enterprise companies. The UK-founded and San Francisco-based startup raised $7.3 million in funding.
Acclinate Raises $7M In Series A Funding To Accelerate Health Equity Revolution - Co-founded by Tiffany Jordan Whitlow, Acclinate aims to improve clinical trial diversity. The US startup raised $7 million in Series A funding in a round led by Cencora Ventures, joined by Labcorp and Latimer Ventures.
Liverpool's ULEMCo secures over £5M for hydrogen dual fuel solution - Founded and led by Amanda Lyne, ULEMCo converts commercial vehicles to run on hydrogen fuel. The Liverpool-based company raised over £5 million in a round co-led by Mercia Ventures and Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund, with previous investors Equity Gap, North West Fund, and Scottish Enterprise also participating.
Solana-based tokenization platform AgriDex raises $5 million, plans token airdrop - Co-founded by Svetlana Fialova, AgriDex is a platform for tokenizing agricultural commodities. The UK startup raised $5 million in a round led by Endeavour Ventures, with additional support from African Crops Limited, Oldenburg Vineyards, and Hank Oberoi.
How This DTC Fashion Brand Hit 99 Percent Fit Accuracy (WWD $) - Founded and led by Carly Bigi, Laws of Motion provides AI sizing tech for e-commerce brands. The New York startup raised $5 million in Seed funding. Corazon Capital led the round, joined by The Scout Program and Leadout Capital.
HEPHAISTOS-Pharma secures €4.3M Seed funding for cancer immunotherapies - Co-founded by Martine Caroff, HEPHAISTOS-Pharma is a biotechnology company developing next-generation immunotherapies against cancer that target innate immunity to increase patient cure rates. The French and Belgian company completed a €4.3 million Seed round from Elaia, xista science ventures, the Fondation Fournier-Majoie, and Noshaq.
Maad raises $3.2M seed amid B2B e-commerce sector turbulence in Africa - Co-founded by Jessica Long, Maad is a Senegal-based B2B e-commerce startup that provides end-to-end distribution platform enabling informal retailers to source fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) directly from partner suppliers. It secured $3.2 million in debt and equity funding. Ventures Platform led the Seed round, with participation from Seedstars International Ventures, Reflect Ventures, Oui Capital, Launch Africa, Voltron Capital, and Alumni Ventures. The $900,000 debt financing was secured from French DFI Proparco and local banks.
AimHi Earth secures £1M to provide employee sustainability training - Co-founded by Bella Soares and Sarah Humphrys, AimHi Earth is a climate and sustainability training provider. The company secured £1 million to “create 100 million nature-first employees”.
Nanordica Medical raises €1.75M for advanced antibacterial wound dressing - Co-founded by Olesja Bondarenko and Anna-Liisa Kubo, PhD, Nanordica Medical’s wound dressing combines copper with silver nanoparticles to enhance the antibacterial efficacy and improve wound healing. The Estonian medtech company raised €1.75 million in a round led by Specialist VC, with participation from Superangel and Amalfi.
Eco-friendly nappy brand Peachies raises £1.4M - Co-founded by Morgan Mixon and Rima Suppan, Peachies offers premium-quality environmentally friendly nappies available via a monthly subscription. The London-based brand raised £1.4 million. Anotherway Ventures led the round, with support from Antler and angels.
VC: Norrsken unveils €320M for “impact entrepreneurs” - Co-led by General Partners Tove Larsson and Agate Freimane, Norrsken VC closed its second fund with €320 million in capital commitments, aiming to support “impact entrepreneurs,” in sectors including climate tech, energy, biotech AI and health tech. It is the largest early-stage generalist impact fund in Europe.
